So how does this work?
It’s very easy:
- Click on a convenient day/time (my typical hours are Monday – Saturday 9-5 but I do pickups outside of that if needed) on the calendar below
- Please provide the complete address of the pickup (most people just leave their cans/bottles in their driveways usually by their garage) but I have met people at their businesses, at the bottle return area at the grocery store, even in gas station parking lots
- Please give me at least 24 hours because I have to schedule a driver and the pickup route the day before. I also send out TEXT and EMAIL confirmations the evening prior as a reminder.
- If you do not receive a confirmation the day before a scheduled pickup, something might have gone awry. The internet may be down or gremlins might be at work. It hasn’t happened yet, but I’m sure it’s only a matter of time. So I will apologize in advance and ask that you please contact me using the Contact Jake button below the scheduler and I will do my best to resolve any issues. Thank you for your understanding.
